So I was complaining when Jonathan was in chicago for a Whole 5 days. This is how it went.(me talking to Emma)
Me: Isn't it sooooo sad that Daddy has been gone so long.
Emma: How long has Daddy been gone.
Me: a couple of days but he will be gone for 5 days total.
Emma: Well you know 5 days REALLY isn't that long.
Me: Oh ok.
She was basically saying "Mommy stop complaining, he'll be back soon enough." Emma has shown me alot of common sense in her short 4 years of life. I'm just amazed that she GETS things, and reminds me to think logically when I need to.
