Our flooring

As I promised here is our flooring. It's dark and kid friendly. We had to take off our shoes to walk around. There's Jonathan's shoes.

The kids love to play in the living room.

Most of the time we were there the kids played on the stairs. I'm becoming more comfortable with peter on them as he is doing really good.
Such happy kids!!!!!!!

Peter is 2!!!!

Peter knew exactly what to do. He grabbed his cereal and stood in front of the door and smiled. He has been waiting for his turn for the door. As Jonathan, Emma and I had done recently.
He LOVED having his special day. He is so good at blowing them out all by himself

Peter was waiting along time to open his present.

Progress!!!

Well we went out to see the house, and of course I forgot my camera. Guess what we have flooring!!! I've been waiting for this moment. Just a little history. All of the places we have lived at after we had kids have had white tile, and light carpeting. Small children and light flooring makes for daily vaccuming and mopping more than I would ever want to do. So now we have dark flooring. I'm so excited to say the least. Lily just laid in the middle of the room saying "This is so soft". Next week I'll make sure I bring my camera so I can post pics of my wonderful kid friendly flooring.

It was so nice going into the house and it feeling more like a home. Peter loved it sooooo much that he screamed as we left. It made me very happy to know that this move is good for Jonathan and I, but the kids so much more.

6 months preggy pic.

I'm just GROWING and I hope I slow down a bit. Don't get me wrong I love having a baby belly but this is as big as I get much later in my pregnancy. I have a reason that I'm get BIG. I went to the Dr. and I'm measuring 4 weeks ahead. AHHHH!!!! I'm going to have a baby the size of a TODDLER. My Dr. wants to make sure that everything is going well so I'm getting my insulin levels checked. If they are too high it will make the baby gain weight too fast. So I'll be put on some medication that will control his weight gain. So lets hope for a normal sized baby.

Exciting News!!

That's right we are buying our first house. After talking about buying a house for 7 years we are doing it. It's going to be done mid Dec.
It's a side entry house and big enough for our family to grow into. We can't wait until it is done.

Halloween Night

Here are the kids all dressed up and painted faces. They LOVED getting their faces all done up.
Peter just had a ball holding his little spider bag that he picked out all by him self. It was fun going trick or treating with the kids.

Carving the Pumpkin

On Halloween we carved a jack o lantern. The kids were waiting a long time for this moment
Lily was really reluctant to put her hand in the "pumpkin Gooo"
Let's say Lily is just too girly to put her hand in there. Emma loved it.
There's the finished product. It was very lopsided but that's ok.
