The rest of the day.

Margaret was the first to give James a foot massage. Lily just relaxed with James for along time on his bed.
I was just messing around with the camera and I got this picture of Lily. There is no photoshop work to this one. I don't even know how I did it. It looks like Lily is a ghost. Kinda freaky, and Lily won't even look at it.
Emma is just being goofy.
The kids spent the longest time playing with James' ballons that were brought to the airport for him.

James' loot from Chile

The kids helped James open his dirty man sword.
He had some pretty neat things from Chile.
Here are some beautiful plates from Chile.
Emma enjoyed wearing his hat. I forgot what he called it.

Hugs all around

James hasn't seen Peter since he was 5 months old.
Lots and lots of hugs from everyone.
Emma sure loves James.
I even got one. It's so nice to have him home

Welcome home!!!!

James finally showed up at the last of the stream of many people coming off the plane. Margaret couldn't wait to hug here boy after 2 long years.
Lily of course was the second to greet him. She couldn't hold her excitement and wait for him to come to her.
She got the hug she's been waiting for
Father and son reunited. It was a very happy time.

I'm BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

Lily loving the loot in her stalking
Emma loved opening up her stalking as well.
I look horrible but peter sure looked cute in his hat emma got him.
Ugh!!!!!! I have been without internet for about 3 weeks, and I've been going through withdrawls. So lots have been happening. We are in our new house and we love it. It has been very busy here. We have been putting up blinds and doing the electrical in the house as we didn't have any wires run for the lights in each room. So that has been a big huge job. But having our own house is so great even though there is so much work. We moved in just before christmas so we enjoyed christmas in the house. Here are some pictures of that.

Updates

Well...... alot has been happening. I'm soooooo sooooo busy right now. I'm packing up all that I can get away with. Moving is very hard to do when you have a very very busy husband. Thankfully he'll be taking his vacation soon. Jonathan just got a new truck just right in time to move which is a life saver. We are closing on our house tomorrow. I'm so excited to say the least. We want to be in for Christmas so we have to move part of Saturday and on christmas eve. We have family parties to go to so moving is going to be a two day thing. It is just amazing how easy this whole buying a house thing has been for us. We are closing a week early and we haven't had a single kink in the whole plan at all which we were expecting. It has been seamless. We are very grateful that we found this house and made a very big decision to move at this time. Life is great right now and shouldn't it be.

Our flooring

As I promised here is our flooring. It's dark and kid friendly. We had to take off our shoes to walk around. There's Jonathan's shoes.

The kids love to play in the living room.

Most of the time we were there the kids played on the stairs. I'm becoming more comfortable with peter on them as he is doing really good.
Such happy kids!!!!!!!

Peter is 2!!!!

Peter knew exactly what to do. He grabbed his cereal and stood in front of the door and smiled. He has been waiting for his turn for the door. As Jonathan, Emma and I had done recently.
He LOVED having his special day. He is so good at blowing them out all by himself

Peter was waiting along time to open his present.

Progress!!!

Well we went out to see the house, and of course I forgot my camera. Guess what we have flooring!!! I've been waiting for this moment. Just a little history. All of the places we have lived at after we had kids have had white tile, and light carpeting. Small children and light flooring makes for daily vaccuming and mopping more than I would ever want to do. So now we have dark flooring. I'm so excited to say the least. Lily just laid in the middle of the room saying "This is so soft". Next week I'll make sure I bring my camera so I can post pics of my wonderful kid friendly flooring.

It was so nice going into the house and it feeling more like a home. Peter loved it sooooo much that he screamed as we left. It made me very happy to know that this move is good for Jonathan and I, but the kids so much more.
